Cooking Class
With years of experience teaching cooking classes for groups as large as 500,
Marc is now taking a more relaxed approach.
The most important part of any cooking class is to have fun and enjoy great food, and at Spore Piedmontese, we make sure that happens—with a glass of wine in hand. Sometimes, we even add the wine to the dishes!
We work with local, seasonal ingredients, and at the end of the workshop, we gather around a beautifully set table to savor what we've created together. Doesn’t that sound like fun? We promise—Italian food always tastes better in Italy, even with a fusion twist.
