The key distinction between our Table d’hôtes / Tavolo degli Ospiti and Il Tavolo di Marc, or a typical Chef’s Table experience, lies in exclusivity. The entire table and venue are reserved exclusively for you and your family and/or friends.
The menu is crafted in an Omakase style, so don’t expect traditional Italian cuisine. Instead, you’ll experience a fusion of Italian ingredients with Asian flavors, techniques, and presentation. This unique culinary approach reflects Chef Marc’s expertise and personal connection to Japanese cuisine—his son Tim lives in Tokyo, Japan, making this style especially close to his heart. True to Italian tradition, Marc’s cooking comes from the heart, creating dishes that nourish both the soul and the palate.
With no other guests and no distractions, we offer a relaxed ambiance and a meticulously curated six-course tasting menu.
