Every second Wednesday of the month, we host a unique Food & Wine Cycling Tour at Sapore Piemontese—a perfect fusion of adventure, nature, and culinary delights.

A Warm Welcome

We’ll greet you at Sapore Piemontese at 1:30 PM with a refreshing welcome drink and a tasty snack. Take a moment to relax, soak in the atmosphere, and prepare for your cycling adventure.

Cycle at Your Own Pace

After the welcome, you’ll embark on a scenic three-hour ride through the picturesque surroundings. We provide a thoughtfully planned route, giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace. Whether you prefer to cycle solo or with friends, the journey is yours to experience however you like.

We provide the bikes, so all you need to do is enjoy the ride!

A Culinary Experience Upon Your Return

Around 6:00 PM, you'll return to Sapore Piemontese, where a delicious dinner awaits. Indulge in a selection of authentic local specialties, crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. From homemade antipasti to rich pasta and artisanal cheeses, each dish is designed to showcase the best of Piemonte’s cuisine.

 

Perfectly Paired Wines

Your meal will be accompanied by a handpicked selection of wines, expertly paired with each dish. You might enjoy a glass of Erbaluce, a fresh and aromatic white, or Nebbiolo, a refined red with deep, complex flavors. Depending on the menu, you may also be treated to other exceptional local wines.

For those who prefer non-wine options, we offer a variety of delicious beverages to complement your meal.

Dinner is a warm, communal experience where you can relax and share your impressions of the day with fellow participants.
